ESN is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by the mci group. ESN’s entry into the group is an important step as it reinforces the company’s network in the EU and beyond. Being part of the mci group considerably increases ESNs ability to serve its clients with localised media outreach and delivery of projects throughout Europe.
The mci group is an independent global marketing communications group with wholly-owned agency offices in 31 countries. The mci group is a network connecting institutions, companies and communities with their audiences in the digital age.
As part of the mci group, ESN will continue to operate under its established brand. The 55 talented members of the ESN team will be an additional brand in Brussels (next to: Business Bridge Europe, logos, MCI Brussels and Ovation) and will continue delivering quality service, innovative solutions and EU-wide campaigns.
From a legal perspective, ESN will remain a separate legal entity, maintaining continuity in all its legal relationships and commitments towards clients, staff and partners.
